How long does delivery take?
We package and ship Sculptorvox once or twice a week depending on current volume of orders. Our standard single issue delivery is via Royal Mail. For UK orders it will take 2-3 working days to arrive after posting. Orders to Europe will take 3-5 working days. Orders to the rest of the will take 5-7 working days.

What is the reason for the higher cost of international shipping?
Unfortunately, international shipping — even via the most basic post — is expensive. We are always looking for shops and stockists overseas to save readers the shipping & handling, so if you have any suggestions of local places that would be a good fit, let us know. You can check out our growing list of stockists for the nearest retailer.
Is delivery tracked?
Tracking delivery of orders adds additional cost to posting your order of Sculptorvox. In an endeavour to keep costs as low as possible we do not add tracking to standard delivery of items. If you are a stockist ordering larger volumes of the publication, this will be sent by alternative means and will be tracked.
Will I need to pay import duties?
Import duty on printed material will not be applied inside the EU. In many cases import duty not be applied for other international shipping for printed material, however you may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once the package reaches the country of destination. Any such additional charges must be borne by you; Urban Fugitive has no control over these. Please contact your local customs office for relevant information regarding these.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We currently accept PayPal. If you do not have a Paypal account and do not want to create one you can use the option to pay by debit or credit card without a PayPal account. Please look for the option when you go from checkout to PayPal to complete your payment.
How can I check my order status and account details?
You will receive an e-mail when your order is received. If you need to check the status or details of your order or account you can login at My Account

How do magazine subscriptions work?
We currently offer two types of subscriptions: a one year, 2 volume only subscription and a four year 8 volume (full set) subscription. For the 2 volume subscription you will receive the latest volume of Sculptorvox followed by the next volume published and be a single charge covering both copies. For the 8 volume (full set) subscription you will receive the first volume followed by each subsequent volume of Sculptorvox as they are publiahed and be charged for two volumes per year renewing automatically once a year for four years – covering the lifespan of the publication.
With which issue will my subscription start?
For the first issue of a subscription is determined by our publishing schedule. Your subscription will start with the latest available volume of Sculptorvox
Can I cancel a subscription?
You may cancel your 8 volume subscription at any time. We will only issue volumes for the year that has been renewed and all further issues will be cancelled.
How can I change the shipping address for my subscription?

How frequently will new volumes be published?
We publish twice a year, once at the beginning of the year Jan/Feb and again in July/Aug.
Is there a digital version of the magazine?
No; as of now, we are not planning on making the magazine available in any electronic format.
